PMDUCT

In-duct solution for monitoring Particulate Matter.

PM

PMDUCT is a dedicated in-duct solution for monitoring particulate matter (PM1, PM2.5, PM10) within HVAC and clean air systems. With NextPM Advanced sensor inside, it provides continuous and accurate measurements in real time (µg/m³ and pcs/L), with proven resistance to humidity effects. Designed for integration into air handling units (AHUs/CTAs) and ventilation ducts, PMDUCT enables operators to track filter performance, detect clogging, and optimise maintenance cycles. With Modbus RTU connectivity, it easily integrates into building management systems. Compact, robust, and plug-and-play, PMDUCT is a reliable tool for improving energy efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining clean air standards in industrial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and microelectronics environments.

FAQs

The PMDUCT measures PM1, PM2.5, and PM10 particulate matter in real-time, along with temperature and relative humidity. It provides data in both µg/m³ and particle count (pcs/L) formats.

The PMDUCT is installed directly inside ventilation ducts and air handling units (AHUs). Its compact design and built-in tubing make it easy to integrate into existing HVAC systems.

The PMDUCT operates on 24 V power supply (+/- 10%). Other voltage options are available upon request to suit different installation requirements.

The PMDUCT requires maintenance every 2 years with a simple sensor kit replacement that can be done on-site without shutting down your system.

The PMDUCT uses RS485 communication, allowing easy connection to PLCs or gateway systems for integration with building management platforms.
